Dear consumers! RUP “Minskenergo” carries out work on the implementation of the information system "Personal Account for Legal Entities"

RUE "Minskenergo" in order to reduce paper workflow, ensuring remote interaction with energy sales branches, creating comfortable conditions for consumers of the supplied energy, the information system "Personal Account for Legal Entities" was developed (hereinafter - IS LK).

This IC LC provides:

– improving the efficiency of communications and business processes of consumers,

– automation of services for legal entities, provided by energy sales divisions of RUE "Minskenergo" in the form of remote submission and receipt of documents, including legal ones,

– operational interaction between specialists of energy consumers and energy supply organizations,

– consulting assistance,

– archiving, creation of a data bank,

– formality of relations through electronic digital signature.

To obtain an account in IS LC, consumers do not need time-consuming steps and additional costs, it is enough to register in IS LC and receive an electronic confirmation from the energy supply organization about registering an account.

Currently, the service operates in the pilot operation mode and is available only for consumers in Minsk and the Minsk region.

The availability of the service for consumers in the Minsk region will be announced later.
