Deputy General Director for Energy Sales

Supervises the implementation of functions and tasks in the following areas of the enterprise:

• sales activities and ideological work, office work, ensuring the fulfillment of the main goals assigned to the enterprise, tasks in accordance with the Charter of the enterprise and indicators brought in the prescribed manner;
• sales of electrical and thermal energy to consumers, control over the conclusion and execution of contracts;
• payments for electrical and thermal energy supplied to consumers, correct application of tariffs for electrical and thermal energy and energy transport;
• monitoring the fulfillment by consumers of contractual obligations to pay for consumed energy and the timeliness of taking measures to collect debt for energy;
• identification and prevention of unmetered and non-contractual energy consumption;
• compilation of reporting and operational balances of electrical energy, analysis and control of their implementation;
• establishing contractual volumes of energy consumption and electrical power based on consumer requests;
• formation of the planned demand for electrical and thermal energy by consumer groups and the energy system as a whole;
• purchase of electricity, produced by small and non-traditional energy facilities, not included in the RUE "Minskenergo";
• purchase of electrical energy on the interflow market of GPO Belenergo in the event of a shortage of own generation, concluding contracts and monitoring their implementation;
• supply of electrical energy for export;
• conclusion of energy supply contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and taking action against consumers, not fulfilling the terms of contracts;
• conclusion and execution of contracts for the transfer of thermal energy to subscribers of RUE "Minskenergo" through the networks of transporting organizations;
• conclusion and execution of contracts for the provision of services for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy from block stations of objects, not included in RUE Minskenergo, to separate structural divisions of the energy producer;
• conclusion and execution of contracts for the supply of electrical energy to the flow market, including for export purposes;
• development in accordance with the specification of schedules for restrictions and consumer shutdowns in case of fuel shortage, electrical energy and power in the power system, communication to consumers and control of implementation;
• accounting and analysis of technological consumption of electrical energy for its transport in the electrical networks of RUE "Minskenergo", development of measures to reduce it and monitoring their implementation;
• inventory and storage of metering devices, their installation, replacement, acceptance to balance, as well as improving energy metering;
• Activation of electricity meter readings at power plants, intersystem power lines and power lines, connecting structural units of the energy system;
• compliance with legislation on natural monopoly;
• establishing for consumers the maximum permissible amount of power consumption during hours of maximum load on the power system and its control, Carrying out load measurements at consumers on shutdown days and taking into account the newly connected power of consumers’ electrical and heat-using installations, as well as monitoring the active and reactive load of consumers during peak hours of the power system;
• installation of metering devices by consumers at newly commissioned facilities and production facilities, replacement of faulty metering devices and those with expired verification dates, as well as checking their connection circuits;
• monitoring the reliability of energy consumption data provided by consumers by conducting control checks of energy meter readings from legal entities and individuals;
• coordination of interaction between Energosbyt branches, "Energonadzor" and power grid branches of RUE "Minskenergo" in terms of identifying unmetered and non-contractual energy consumption;
• control and office work in the management apparatus of RUE "Minskenergo";
• planning costs and their effective use in supervised areas;
• development of the main key performance indicators of the enterprise within the framework of the tasks of socio-economic development in supervised areas and monitoring their implementation;
• development of business plans for the development of the enterprise in supervised areas and monitoring their implementation;
• formation of electricity balances, medium- and long-term forecast of useful energy supply, analysis and control of their implementation;
• organization of exhibition and advertising activities;
• anti-corruption activities;

Provides direct guidance:

• sales department, control and analysis of technological energy consumption for its transport;
• control and office management department;
• contract department;
• section of the technical and economic council in accordance with the local regulatory legal act of RUE "Minskenergo";
• permanent commissions in accordance with the local regulatory legal act of RUE "Minskenergo";
• anti-corruption commission.
