The objectives of the RPO "Belaya Rus" are:

• promoting the participation of citizens in the implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development of the country;
• promoting the formation of a strong, effective, social state, capable of providing a decent standard of living for citizens, guarantee the protection of their interests;
• participation in the formation of civil society in the Republic of Belarus;
• consolidation of social forces in order to implement the statutory goal;
• educating citizens and creating their interest in active participation in the life of the country, education of patriotism as the most important spiritual and social value;
• attracting the attention of government agencies, the public and the media to solve pressing problems of the development of the country and society;
• promoting the development of international cooperation, establishing interaction with public associations of other states.

The main activities of the RPO "Belaya Rus" are:

1. Achieving public consensus.
2. Participation in the implementation of social projects.
3. Youth support.
4. Civil control.

RPO "Belaya Rus" operates on the basis of the following principles:

• legality;
• voluntariness;
• independence;
• publicity;
• election of the governing and control bodies of the RPO "Belaya Rus" from bottom to top;
• respect for the personal dignity and opinion of each member of the RPO "Belaya Rus";
• collegiality of decision-making by elected bodies of the RPO "Belaya Rus";
• periodic reporting of the bodies of the RPO "Belaya Rus" to their members;
• freedom of discussion, reviews;
• respect for the rights of the majority and minority;
• binding decisions of higher bodies of the RPO "Belaya Rus" for lower bodies.

Members of the ROO "Belaya Rus" may be citizens of the Republic of Belarus, as well as foreign citizens or stateless persons, over 18 years of age, recognizing this Charter, goal and objectives of the RPO "Belaya Rus", registered with one of its primary organizations and paying membership fees.
