RUE "Minskenergo" – is the largest enterprise in the energy system, providing jobs for more 15 000 employees, of them 3668 Human – youth under the age of 31 of the year.
The purpose of youth policy at the enterprise:
Civic formation and social self-realization of youth, using the potential of young workers to solve production problems and increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
Objectives of youth policy at the enterprise:
- formation of civic position, spiritual and moral, patriotic, environmental education of youth;
- development of scientific and technical creativity of young employees of the enterprise, improvement of professional skills;
- development of youth mass artistic creativity, sports and tourism;
- organization of cultural leisure for young employees of the enterprise;
- promotion of a healthy lifestyle, prevention of drunkenness, drug addiction, AIDS.
The company is developing the following areas of work with youth::
- sporting events (competitions);
- visiting cultural and historical places of the Republic of Belarus;
- cultural events (viewing competition, concert);
- work with young specialists (practice, advanced training, seeds);
- patriotic events (youth participation in holiday rallies, subbotniks, patronage of veterans of the Great Patriotic War and labor);
- charitable activities (participation in promotions);
- activities to promote a healthy lifestyle, alcohol prevention, drug addiction, AIDS among youth (meetings with specialist doctors, administration employees).
The implementation of state youth policy is an important and relevant area of work at the enterprise.
