60 kW∙h in residential buildings (apartments), not equipped with electric stoves;
90 kW∙h in residential buildings (apartments), equipped with electric stoves (this rule also applies to the use of electricity for heating and hot water).
If available in the house (apartment) several electricity metering devices, the norm is divided equally between the calculated metering devices and, in case of tariff calculations, differentiated by time periods - equally divided between zones of minimum and maximum loads.
Thermal energy consumption rate for heating needs (gigacalories) – amount of thermal energy, equal to the product of the amount of thermal energy (gigacalories per 1 square meter of total living area), determined in accordance with the established procedure for calculating payment for heating residential premises per month, on 20 sq. meters of total living space.
Thermal energy consumption rate for hot water supply needs (gigacalories) – amount of thermal energy, equal to the product of the amount of thermal energy (gigacalories per 1 cube. hot water meter), determined in accordance with the established procedure for calculating payment for water heating for a month, on 50 percent of water volume, determined by standards, and number of days in a month.
