National Unity
The first condition for maintaining sovereignty and independence is popular unity.

Economy and development of the country under sanctions conditions
Alexander Lukashenko recalled, that for three decades now the foundation of our state policy has been a socially oriented economy. This policy is successful, and the people support her. By all indicators, characterizing social inequality, Belarus is one of the most prosperous countries. We created a state without oligarchs, prevented the concentration of capital and property in one hand, all national wealth belongs to the people. Therefore, it is the economy, which ensures social security of citizens, is the main target of the West.
Possession of significant, first of all, natural resources, along with a high level of industrial production and serious scientific competencies - the reason for the desire to eliminate Belarus as a competitor.
The President touched upon real sector of the economy, expressing special gratitude to everyone, employed in this segment of the economy:
“In response to the economic pressure of sanctions, I emphasize, absolutely illegal, you again showed our unbending Belarusian character… Our enterprises are working, goods go to new markets, despite all these sanctions. We achieved a record foreign trade balance of almost 4,3 billion US dollars (even crossed the maximum 2021 of the year), thereby maintaining the stability of the national currency. Restraining price increases. Food security is fully ensured, having grown the best grain harvest in the last five years. And we are not afraid of any hunger, We sell our products all over the world. For the first time, food exports brought in revenues above 8 billion US dollars“.

Our science can do a lot: from artificial intelligence to life-saving medicines and technologies. The exhibition “Intellectual Belarus” clearly demonstrated this;
thirdly, import substitution and increasing the share of innovative production are the most important tasks. Belarus should not depend on the “whims” of Western political elites, restricting the freedom of civilized business. Alexander Lukashenko is convinced: “Import substitution is a matter of national security. There is a wide field here for the implementation of the most daring plans of Belarusian scientists.”;
fourthly, more attention should be paid to the implementation of economic programs of the Union State. They are focused on supporting a unified system of priorities for the development of the scientific and technical space of our countries.
Today we are successfully working in the field of space technology, medicine, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, laser technology, microelectronics, agro-industrial technologies;
fifthly, large-scale digitalization. "That's why the creation of domestic software and its implementation should become an absolute priority for all organizations, engaged in relevant developments", – Alexander Lukashenko emphasized.
In his opinion, Not only residents of the Hi-Tech Park should receive support in the creation of new information technologies, National Academy of Sciences, industrial associations and financial sector, scientific and educational institutions;

Alexander Lukashenko demanded a return to large-scale construction of concrete highways.

towards China, Iran and other Asian countries should become the absolute priority of our transport industry.".

Social justice
The people are the only source of state power and bearer of sovereignty. This norm of the Constitution predetermines the main principle of our policy - social justice. And we will follow it, no matter what happens in the world and in the country. We do not call a person the main value for the sake of a beautiful word. Respect for the rights of citizens of Belarus is an unshakable postulate in our state.
The reason many today turmoil in the world Alexander Lukashenko sees exactly in the desire of transnational corporations to return to the brutal exploitation of people. “All the gains of the working people in recent years are under threat 100 more than a year: from free medicine and education to social packages and pensions. At the same time, the Head of State emphasized, that special attention must be paid to our little citizens. “It is necessary to create the most comfortable conditions for them! Children's health – this is also a question of demographic security, without which there is no point in thinking about tomorrow.", – he noted.
The country is experiencing a large-scale support for families, raising children. Expectant mothers are surrounded by care. Our healthcare system takes children into foster care even before they are born., The education system creates conditions for child care

Independent foreign policy

We give priority in foreign trade to strategic partners and allies - primarily Russia and China.
It was the union construction that contributed to the solution of very complex socio-economic issues, allowing our countries to create conditions for sustainable economic growth, increasing trade turnover, successfully coordinate foreign policy, increase defense capability, preserve common social and humanitarian space.

Беларусь работает над тем, чтобы на долгосрочную перспективу усилить вектор нашего взаимодействия с широким кругом стран Азии, Ближнего Востока, Африки и Латинской Америки.
Беларусь открыта для всякого диалога, в том числе с нашими соседями, европейцами. Мы готовы сотрудничать и делать все то, что возможно в нынешних условиях. Потому что Беларусь – это Европа. Это ее географический центр. Отгородиться от нас не удастся никакими заборами с колючей проволокой ни полякам, ни литовцам, ни латышам. Но нам нужна новая Европа, по-настоящему независимая, добрососедская.
”Мы, со своей стороны, всегда готовы к предметному обсуждению любых интересующих сфер. Но наша позиция неизменна: только с теми, кто уважает белорусский народ, его выбор и традиции. Только при условии соблюдения наших национальных интересов“, – констатировал Президент.
Обороноспособность и безопасность государства
Чем больше мы хотим жить в мирном суверенном государстве – тем сильнее мы должны быть. Alexander Lukashenko recalled: любое посягательство на суверенную территорию Беларуси, нашу военную и гражданскую инфраструктуру получит немедленный ответ.
Касаясь вопроса тактического ядерного оружия, Глава государства подчеркнул, What ”мы должны просто сегодня сохранить суверенитет и независимость. И мы будем их сохранять и обеспечивать чем только возможно, в том числе и ядерным арсеналом“.
Government, оборонный сектор экономики принимают меры по активному техническому переоснащению нашей армии. Белорусский лидер выразил уверенность, What ”эти меры надолго отрезвят всех заокеанских ястребов и их сателлитов“.

Президентом поручено всем силовым ведомствам страны сохранить мир на белорусской земле, чего бы это ни стоило.
Боевое дежурство по противовоздушной обороне уже больше года непрерывно осуществляется в усиленном режиме. Укреплены подразделения охраны границ. Совместно с милицией и КГБ на постоянной основе осуществляются контрразведывательные мероприятия и обеспечивается общественная безопасность на приграничных территориях.
В целях предотвращения возможных провокаций со стороны украинских националистов для прикрытия государственной границы на южное направление выведена часть сил специальных операций и другие подразделения белорусской армии.
Под постоянным контролем находятся западные рубежи. Усилена охрана приграничных с Польшей и Литвой. На данных направлениях воинские части находятся в постоянной готовности. Понимая, что Беларусь стоит на прикрытии западного фланга Союза Беларуси и России, принято решение о частичном развертывании региональной группировки войск.
В Беларуси далеко продвинулись в развитии территориальной обороны: Firstly, создан механизм формирования народного ополчения. Отчасти с этим связана планово-организационная работа военных комиссариатов на предприятиях и в организациях. Цель этой работы – иметь объективные данные о состоянии численности военно-обученного резерва, если Отечество будет в опасности;
secondly, каждый как минимум должен научиться держать в руках ружье, чтобы уметь защитить мир на своей земле.
Мы все хотим жить под мирным небом, жить в мире со всеми народами. В этом желании не все, но многое зависит от нас самих.
Суверенитет, независимость не даются раз и навсегда. Это постоянная необходимость демонстрировать, что у нас есть воля, есть свои ценности, свои традиции и свой исторический путь. Путь мира и созидания.
”Беларусь – это наша земля. Только мы сами знаем, как должна развиваться Беларусь, только мы определяем и будем определять стратегию этого развития, только мы несем реальную ответственность за свое будущее“, – подвел итог Президент.
