Minsk cable networks – РУП "Минскэнерго"

Minsk cable networks are a branch of the Minsk Republican Unitary Electricity Enterprise "Minskenergo" - a state business entity, related to republican property, part of the State Production Association of Electric Power Industry "Belenergo".

The Minsk Cable Networks branch is part of a single production and technological complex for the production, transmission and distribution of electrical and thermal energy, is not a legal entity and in its activities is guided by the Charter of RUE "Minskenergo", decisions of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Belarus,
GPO "Belenergo", RUE "Minskenergo", as well as the Regulations on the branch “Minsk Cable Networks” of RUE “Minskenergo”.

The main goals of the activities of the branch "Minsk Cable Networks" (hereinafter – branch) are:

ensuring reliable power supply to consumers;
economic activity, profit oriented.

The main activity of the branch is transmission and distribution of electricity.

The branch serves electrical networks 0.4-110 kV (except
VL 35-110kV), located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Minsk, as well as the villages of Trostenets, Stiklevo, A hoard, villages Malinovka and Dvoritskaya Sloboda.

All works on repair and maintenance of substations
35-110kV are carried out by production services, and for distribution networks with a voltage of 0.4-20 kV - by power grid areas (Further – RES). The structure of the branch includes 27 centralized services and departments, 6 power grid districts.

Branch "Minsk Cable Networks" connects electrical installations of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens to electrical networks and others administrative procedures.

To work with customers, a consumer service center has been created in the branch. Technological connection of electrical installations is carried out according to the principle of "one window". The consumer only needs to write an application and provide the necessary documents.

The Consumer Service Center also accepts legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens on administrative procedures, provides services for the approval / review of the Technical Specifications, issued by the power supply organization, design documentation for deviation from specifications.

Consumer Service Center provides advisory support at every stage of connection to electric networks.
