Administrative procedures, carried out by organizations, belonging to the State Production Association "Belenergo", in relation to legal entities in the field of energy- heat supply.
1) In accordance with Article 14 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28 October 2008 Mr. No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures" the application of the interested person is submitted to the authorized body (organization) V:
- in writing during the reception of the interested person or by courier (courier), by mail, if, in accordance with the legislation on administrative procedures, the personal presence of the person concerned is not required;
- orally during the reception of the person concerned, when legislative acts and resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus allow filing an application orally.
2) Acceptance of the application of the interested person is refused in cases, certain articles 17 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28 October 2008 Mr. No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures" .
3) In the implementation of the administrative procedure (in issuing a certificate, the second document (solutions) the person concerned is refused in cases, certain articles 25 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28 October 2008 Mr. No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures".

If the legislation on administrative procedures does not define information, which must be contained in the application of the interested person, submitted in writing, such statement must include:
- name of the authorized body, in which the application is being made;
- information about the person concerned:
- surname, given name, surname (if any), location, registration number in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, name of the state body, other state organization, carried out state registration, - for an individual entrepreneur;
- name and location, registration number in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, name of the state body, other state organization, carried out state registration, - for a legal entity;
- name of the administrative procedure, for the implementation of which the interested person applies;
- list of documents and (or) information, submitted together with the application of the interested person;
- signature of the head of the legal entity or person, duly authorized to sign the application, or signature of the representative of the interested person.
