Administrative procedures, carried out by the Minsk Republican Unitary Electricity Enterprise "Minskenergo" in relation to citizens in the field of energy supply

(extract from Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 26 April 2010 Mr. № 200 "On administrative procedures, carried out by state bodies and other organizations at the request of citizens”)

In accordance with Article 14 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28 October 2008 Mr. No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures" the application of the interested person is submitted to:

in writing during the reception of the interested person or by courier (courier), by mail, if, in accordance with the legislation on administrative procedures, the personal presence of the person concerned is not required;
orally during the reception of the person concerned.

Acceptance of the application of the interested person is refused in cases, certain articles 17 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28 October 2008 Mr. No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures".

3. In the implementation of the administrative procedure (in issuing a certificate, the second document (solutions) the person concerned is refused in cases, certain articles 25 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28 October 2008 Mr. No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures".

[1] The numbering of administrative procedures corresponds to the numbering of such administrative procedures in the list of administrative procedures., carried out by state bodies and other organizations at the request of citizens, approved Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 26 April 2010 Mr. № 200 .

[2] The application is submitted in any form in Belarusian and (or) Russian and must contain:

name of the authorized body, in which the application is being made;

information about the person concerned: surname, given name, surname (if any), location (place of stay);

name of the administrative procedure, for the implementation of which the interested person applies;

list of documents and (or) information (if available), submitted together with the application of the interested person;

signature of a citizen or signature of a representative of the person concerned.
